You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the label is created, please allow a day or two for the tracking to update. Delivery is usually 7-15 days from when tracking begins but is not guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you’re delighted with our products. If you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] for return authorization before sending it back. We will arrange the return shipment and process your refund via email. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Please note that products with opened inner packaging or those that have been used cannot be returned. For items damaged during shipping, please retain an unboxing video and contact us at [email protected] for assistance. Thank you!

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Sorry, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please make sure to verify the address is correct before completing your order.
